Well ........... csana is kind of on the right track but mechas were meant to be gender blinded but some works of mechas have been displaying male features (large upper torso, shoulders, arms thicker, walking hunks and having the grunt or infantry roles.) and female (being slim agile and having a rounded thighs, being meant for support or assassination roles), here are 2 examples of this.
